Did you know that First-Time Home Buyers can be exempt  from paying Property Transfer Tax, if they meet the following qualifications:

1. The buyer is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. If he/she are not yet a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, but will be within one year of purchasing, he/she must pay PTT buy can apply for a refund once his/her status is confirmed.
